Ingredients
75 ml Cold Brewed Assam Tea, infused with peach and thyme
30 ml gin
Ice cubes, lightly crushed
Tonic water
Lime wedges for garnish

Equipment Required
Cocktail Shaker

Steps
In a cocktail shaker, add crushed ice, cold brewed Assam tea brewed tea and gin
Shake well, until blended
In a glass, add in the gin and tea
Sweeten to taste as with honey, sugar or jaggery
Top it up with tonic water and lime garnish
