Sparkling Reverie
Ingredients
60 ml Cold Brewed Smoked Tea
45 ml Gin
30 ml Orange Juice
10 ml Lime Juice
10 ml Honey
Soda Water
To serve: Pour into glass over ice, stir gently, and top with soda water. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.

Tropical Escape
Ingredients
40 ml Cold Brewed Smoked Tea
40 ml White Rum
50 ml Pineapple Juice
10 ml Lime Juice
Soda Water
To serve: Shake all ingredients except soda water with ice. Strain over fresh ice, top with soda water, and garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Spicy Afterglow
Ingredients
50 ml Cold Brewed Smoked Tea
45 ml Tequila
40 ml Grapefruit Juice
15 ml Lime Juice
10 ml Honey
A Pinch of Salt
Fresh Chili Slices or Chili Flakes
Soda Water
To serve: Combine over ice, stir gently, finish with soda water, and garnish with fresh chili slices.
