Make Your Own No. 3 Bourbon

45 ml bourbon
30 ml chilled Jodhpur blend
15 ml honey syrup
10 ml lemon juice
Soda water
Orange peel, to garnish

Build the bourbon, chilled tea, honey syrup and lemon juice over ice. Stir, top with soda, and garnish with a twist of orange peel.
