Together with CAARA, a New Delhi based catering company, the menu was created to reflect a traditional high tea with a range of our delicate tea blends.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The delicious high tea spread included the No. 3 Clive Road Malabar Blend cured salmon, homemade bagel with vanilla creme fraiche and scones with double cream and strawberry jam. The beautiful cake, shown here, was baked by friend Jenna Short.
