PEACH THYME COLD BREW<\/strong>

\nIngredients
\n<\/strong>4 tablespoons Assam Black Tea<\/a>
\n<\/span>500ml of water
\n<\/span>2 whole peaches
\n<\/span>3 sprigs of thyme
\n<\/span>Honey<\/a> or sweetener of choice
\n<\/span>.
\n<\/span>Equipment Required
\n<\/strong>Cold Brew Carafe<\/a>
\n<\/span>OR
\n<\/span>Glass canister and Full Leaf Tea Strainer<\/a>
\n<\/span>.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Steps
\n<\/strong>Add the Assam Full Leaf Black Tea<\/a> and thyme to the Cold Brew Bottle<\/a> or glass canister
\n<\/span>Add in the water at room temperature
\n<\/span>Allow tea to cold brew overnight in the refrigerator, for an even and flavorful infusion
\n<\/span>Once brewed, strain the tea and infuse it with peach chunks for 2 -3 hours
\n<\/span>Serve chilled over ice and sweeten with honey<\/a>
