The New Bloom
"A refreshing take on a Gin & Tea with a homemade concoction of the Maheshwar Blend with cloves, star anise and cinnamon, insured with lime and London dry gin and topped with fresh apricot foam"
Gin - 60 ml
Lime juice - 15 ml
Simple syrup - 15 ml
Fresh mint sprigs - for garnish
Orange peels - for garnish
Maheshwar Tea concoction - 90 ml
Fresh Apricot Foam
Build-up the cocktail in a Bordeaux wine glass with lots of ice, top up with foam to finish the drink, garnish and serve!
