No. 3 Clive Road, together with a master tea blender, makes unique, hand crafted tea blends here in New Delhi.

Are No. 3 Clive Road teas organic?

No. 3 Clive Road sources organic ingredients wherever possible. We strive to source the best quality ingredients available in India.

Do you use artificial flavouring in No. 3 Clive Road teas?

We do not use any artificial ingredients in No. 3 Clive Road tea blends. All of the ingredients are natural and sourced in India.

Are No. 3 Clive Road teas suitable for vegans?

All of No. 3 Clive Roads products are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

How long does No. 3 Clive Road tea stay fresh?

The shelf life of tea averages two years when kept in an airtight, dry container and out of direct sunlight. We recommend that you consume No. 3 Clive Road tea within one year of purchase to get the best tea results.

What is the best way to store no. 3 Clive Road tea?

Tea is best stored in a dark and cool place in an airtight container. It is important to remember that tea absorbs scents around it, so make sure to keep it away from perfume and other spices.

How many cups of tea will 100 grams make?

There are roughly 60 teaspoons in 100 grams of tea. One teaspoon can make 2 cups of tea. It’ is important recognise that not all of our teas are full leaf and can be brewed for several infusions.

If you have received a confirmation email then your order has been received by No. 3 Clive Road and shall be processed.

Can i change my order once it has been placed?

To change or cancel an order, please get in touch with No. 3 Clive Road soon as possible. Orders are shipped by 5pm on the day after being placed and once dispatched will not be able to be changed or canceled. We can be reached by email at orders@threecliveroad.com

Where do you ship No. 3 Clive Road products from?

All of No. 3 Clive Road tea is shipped from our tea atelier in New Delhi, India.

How long will my order take to arrive?

No. 3 Clive Road ships online orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. National holidays will also delay shipments.

What are No. 3 Clive Road shipping costs?

Shipping costs shall be calculated by FedEx on checkout. Online purchases above INR 3,000 shall be dispatched free of cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Sadly not! But watch this space! No. 3 Clive Road only ships within India but is looking into shipping worldwide very shortly.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes on my order?

All of No. 3 Clive Roads product include 5% VAT in the price shown. There shall be no additional taxes added at check out. Please note: No. 3 Clive Road does not ship to outside of India at this time. There shall be additional taxes once this is put into place and we shall change this section accordingly.
